From left to right: Dr. Sigmund Freud, Dr. Wilhelm Reich, Dr. Elsworth Baker, Dr. Michael Rothenberg, and Dr. Daniel Schiff. Reich was Freud's preeminent student until their public falling out. Baker received therapy from Reich. Rothenberg worked alongside Reich in his lab and received therapy from Baker. Daniel received therapy from Rothenberg.
The symbol is the functional symbol, symbolizing unification of opposites such as contraction and expansion in the pulsations of the body.
